Observability & Digital Twin Platform

Observability, security and a network digital twin in one platform

The observability platform correlates metrics, logs, traces and security telemetry with a continuously synchronized model of your network. Find root cause in minutes, detect threats with full context, and rehearse every change before production feels it.

  • OpenTelemetry-native
  • Multi-vendor network support
  • SaaS, private cloud or air-gapped

Three capabilities, one data model

Stop stitching together five consoles during an incident.

Most teams run separate monitoring, SIEM and network tooling that disagree with each other at the worst moments. The observability platform shares one entity model, one timeline and one query language across all three.

Observability

Metrics, logs and distributed traces from applications, Kubernetes, VMs, network devices and cloud services. Service maps, SLOs, error budgets and anomaly detection that learns your baselines.

  • OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, syslog, SNMP, NetFlow and sFlow
  • Hot, warm and cold tiers with years of retention
  • Dashboards, alerting and on-call routing

Security analytics

Detection rules, behavioral analytics and threat intelligence applied to the same telemetry your operations team already trusts. Every alert arrives with the network path, asset and identity context attached.

  • MITRE ATT&CK-mapped detections and correlation
  • Identity, endpoint, firewall and cloud log analytics
  • Compliance posture for PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST 800-53 and CIS

Network digital twin

A vendor-neutral model of your routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN and cloud networking, rebuilt continuously from configuration and state. Ask "what if" and get a mathematically verified answer.

  • Pre-change reachability, policy and compliance verification
  • Intent-versus-running-state drift detection
  • Failure, capacity and migration scenario planning
Digital twin in practice

Know the blast radius before you press enter.

Paste a proposed configuration change, upload a change ticket, or point the observability platform at your automation pipeline. The twin computes every affected path and policy and blocks changes that would violate your rules.

  • Verify segmentation for PCI, OT and guest networks across every path
  • Predict the impact of link, device or site failures on SLAs
  • Plan data center, cloud and SD-WAN migrations with confidence
  • Gate CI/CD network automation with automatic policy checks
Proposed: permit tcp 10.20.0.0/16 → 10.50.4.0/24 :443 on fw-edge-02
212 paths analyzed · 0 new exposures · PCI CDE isolation intact
Warning: change bypasses IPS policy on 1 path via dist-b. Suggested fix attached.

Investigation

From alert to root cause without switching tools.

Click any spike, trace or detection and the observability platform pivots across every signal that shares the same service, host, user or network segment. The timeline shows what changed, who changed it and what it touched.

  • Correlated timeline of deploys, config changes, alerts and detections
  • Topology-aware root cause suggestions
  • Shareable investigation notebooks and post-incident reports

Platform capabilities

Everything an operations and security team needs, nothing bolted on.

Open ingestion

OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, syslog, SNMP, NetFlow, IPFIX, sFlow, cloud provider logs and vendor APIs.

SLOs and error budgets

Define service objectives, track burn rates and alert on what matters to users rather than raw thresholds.

Anomaly detection

Seasonal baselines and multivariate anomaly detection that adapts to your traffic patterns without hand tuning.

Detections and hunting

Curated, ATT&CK-mapped rules plus a hunting workspace over the full telemetry history.

Compliance reporting

Continuous evidence collection and reports for PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST 800-53, CIS Benchmarks and internal standards.

Multi-vendor twin

Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, VMware NSX, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud networking.

Automation hooks

REST and webhook APIs, Terraform and Ansible integrations, and CI/CD gates for network changes.

Enterprise security

SSO and SAML, SCIM, role-based access, immutable audit logs and customer-managed encryption keys.

Primeloom NOC/SOC ready

Hand alerts to Primeloom's 24/7 operations centers, or run it yourself. Same platform either way.

Who uses the observability platform

Built for environments where the network is the business.

The observability platform grew out of Primeloom's work building and operating networks for military, healthcare, banking and energy organizations across the United States. It is designed for teams that answer to auditors, regulators and customers who never want to hear about downtime.

  • Energy and utilities: OT and IT visibility with strict segmentation verification
  • Healthcare: HIPAA-aligned monitoring of clinical, campus and cloud systems
  • Financial services: PCI evidence, change control and low-latency trading path assurance
  • Defense and public sector: air-gapped deployments with offline updates
  • Managed service providers: multi-tenant views across every customer network

Observability platform FAQ

How does the network digital twin stay accurate?

The observability platform continuously collects device configurations, routing and forwarding state, and traffic telemetry through read-only access. Each change rebuilds the affected portion of the model within minutes, and drift detection flags any divergence between intended design and running state.

Which vendors and platforms are supported?

The observability platform models Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, F5, VMware NSX and major SD-WAN platforms, as well as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud networking constructs. Observability ingestion uses open standards including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, syslog, SNMP and flow protocols.

Can the observability platform replace my SIEM?

For many organizations, yes. The observability platform provides log analytics, detection rules, correlation, threat intelligence and compliance reporting. It can also run alongside an existing SIEM and forward or receive alerts during a phased migration.

How is the observability platform licensed?

As a single enterprise license that includes the full platform, every deployment model and unlimited users. There are no tiers or feature gates. Contact us for a quote tailored to your environment, or see what the license includes.

Does Primeloom offer implementation and managed operations?

Yes. Primeloom engineers deploy the observability platform, onboard your telemetry and build your initial dashboards, detections and twin model. Our 24/7 NOC and SOC can then operate it on your behalf.
