Primeloom — Next-Gen Connectivity. Today.
Fiber Optic Infrastructure

Fiber optic infrastructure, engineered and built end to end

Primeloom designs, permits, constructs and lights fiber networks as a single accountable engineering and construction firm. From feasibility study to the last patch panel, one team owns the outcome, and our 24/7 Network Operations Center monitors it once it is live.

Turnkey Fiber Deployment

A full-service approach where a single engineering and construction firm handles everything. This includes feasibility studies, permitting, trenching, laying fiber cabling, fusion splicing, and installing the network switches and optical line terminals (OLTs).

  • Feasibility, route design and business case
  • Permitting, right-of-way and utility coordination
  • Construction, splicing, testing and activation

Outside Plant (OSP) Construction

The physical engineering and installation of infrastructure that happens outdoors. This includes the poles, conduits, cables, and splice enclosures that connect the central office to the end user.

  • Aerial strand and lash, make-ready and pole attachments
  • Underground conduit, directional boring and trenching
  • Handholes, vaults, splice enclosures and drop placement

Inside Plant (ISP) Engineering

The installation of components inside a building or central office, such as network racks, patch panels, switches, and routers.

  • Rack, cabinet, power and cooling layout
  • Fiber distribution frames, patch panels and structured cabling
  • OLT, switch and router installation and turn-up
How a build runs

From survey to lit service in four phases

Survey and design

Desktop and field surveys, feasibility study, route and splice design, bill of materials and permit packages.

Permit and build

Permitting and right-of-way, then OSP construction: aerial or underground placement, enclosures and drops.

Splice, light and test

Fusion splicing, OTDR and power-meter certification, ISP installation of racks, panels, OLTs and switches.

Document and operate

As-built documentation and GIS records, then optional 24/7 monitoring by the Primeloom NOC with the digital twin.

Who we build for

Fiber for campuses, cities, carriers and industry

Enterprise and campus

Backbone and building-to-building fiber for corporate, healthcare and education campuses.

Municipal and broadband

Fiber-to-the-home and middle-mile builds for cities, cooperatives and internet service providers.

Industrial and energy

Ruggedized fiber for plants, pipelines, substations and ports, including OT segmentation.

Data centers

Meet-me rooms, structured cabling and dark fiber interconnects between facilities.

Wireless backhaul

Fiber to towers, small cells and private 5G radios, paired with our wireless and mobility services.

Monitored from day one

Every route is modeled in the network digital twin and watched by our observability platform.

Fiber infrastructure FAQ

Do you handle permitting and right-of-way?

Yes. Turnkey deployments include permit packages, right-of-way and easement coordination, utility locates and make-ready engineering, so one firm is accountable for the schedule.

Aerial or underground: which do you recommend?

It depends on route conditions, existing pole infrastructure, cost and resilience requirements. Our feasibility study compares aerial, underground and hybrid designs with lifecycle costs before construction begins.

How do you certify a completed build?

Every span is fusion spliced and tested with OTDR and optical power meters against the design loss budget, and you receive as-built documentation, test results and GIS records.

Can Primeloom operate the network after construction?

Yes. Our 24/7 Network Operations Center can monitor the fiber plant and active equipment, with the route modeled in our network digital twin for change simulation and outage impact analysis.

Planning a fiber build? Start with a feasibility study.

Our engineers will assess routes, permitting and costs and give you a realistic construction plan.
